New Patient Information
When you call Center For Pets, you will be connected with your local veterinarian.
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
During your first visit to Center for Pets, your pet will undergo a comprehensive evaluation by one or more of our trained Veterinarians or Veterinary Technicians. The Vet will ask you a series of questions about your pet, discuss the problems you're experiencing, and devise a plan of action going forward. In addition, the Vet will ask for information pertaining to your pet's lifestyle, fitness level, and functional capabilities. You should also share your pet's relevant medical history, including prior vaccinations and surgeries, as this may affect your pet's treatment plan.
What to Bring
The provider you are connected with will instruct you on which items you will need to bring on your first visit. Here are some of the things you may be asked to provide:
- Record of pet's medical history
- Your preferred method of payment (cash, major debit and credit cards are accepted)
- Any medications your pet is taking
- Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment to complete the introductory paperwork.
